🎯 What profile are we looking for?

We are looking for a Project Lead to join our team and help us keep communication and operations running smoothly across projects. This is a strategic role that supports the development team and acts as a bridge between clients and developers.

You’ll work closely with distributed teams and clients, helping identify needs, translate them into actionable items, and follow up on delivery — with a proactive, analytical mindset and excellent communication.

• Act as the main point of contact between the client and development team

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, operational leadership, or functional analysis roles
• Prior experience working with software development teams
• Experience in small companies or startups (flexibility and hands-on mindset)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
